About the System
The New Dawn system is designed to foster a sense of belonging within the community and empower individuals to recognize their ability to effect the changes they wish to see. We believe that genuine change requires inclusivity and public participation for effective realization and implementation.

South Africa continues to recover from the effects of past oppression, which significantly influence our current socio-economic challenges. After 30 years of democracy, we still grapple with inequality and strive for improved living standards, as unemployment and crime rates escalate. It is time for both individual and national reflection as we seek innovative solutions to create the South Africa we aspire to inhabit.
About the Founder
The New Dawn system was founded and is led by Thandi Edith Njoti, also known as TEN.
Born and raised in Mangaung, Free State, TEN is a passionate patriot committed to community upliftment. She advocates for storytelling as a therapeutic tool for healing and rebuilding our communities and nation. As a published author, she aims to share her storytelling talents to nurture and empower others rather than pursue personal gain. For her, true wealth is measured by the lives you impact, not merely financial success.
Her first book, "I Am My Father’s Child" (also known as "The New Dawn Story"), was originally published in 2016 and has been reissued to reach the intended community. TEN plans to continue her writing and educational efforts, with her second book, Thuthukile, addressing gender-based violence and related social issues.
Another ongoing publication is The New Dawn Mandate, a series documenting the progress and accomplishments of the New Dawn System.
It's essential to note that the New Dawn System operates within a Christian framework, focusing on leadership over political issues. We aim to address leadership gaps by exploring sustainable development solutions.
The New Dawn House
Also known as the House of TEN, The legislative body is responsible for implementing policies, codes of conduct, and strategies that ensure the effective administration and management of all components used by the system to promote socio-economic growth.

Generation TEN unites Millennials and members of Generation Y and Z, encompassing individuals born from the 1980s to the early 2000s. They are encouraged to embrace and utilize the knowledge and training opportunities provided by the New Dawn System, empowering them to set trends for future generations.
TEN, the founder and visionary behind this mission, does not see herself as "Miss Know-it-all." Instead, she strongly advocates for unity, believing that when people come together in love and faith, they can achieve remarkable heights and bring about the change they seek.
Generation TEN emphasizes the significance of Talent, Time, and Networking to address the skills gap and alleviate the pressing issue of unemployment.
